Hi! I'm Kelcey, thank you so much for taking a moment to learn a little bit more about me. Helping individuals and teams realize their true potential is my purpose in life. The passion I have for helping others is weaved into everything I do from being a leader for over 20+ years in financial services, to being a father, to supporting families of crime victims.
My coaching philosophy is simple; coach the individual. As no two situations are identical, every engagement is designed around the individuals most important goals and desired outcomes. In each and every interaction I apply genuine care and concern with the intent of developing partnerships grounded in trust and authenticity.

Professional Experience:
I've spent the last 20+ years focused on leadership development, coaching, organizational transformation, and doing good for the greater good. I've worked for several Fortune 500 financial institutions including Santander, Capital One, HSBC, and Bank of America. Most recently I've built and directed the roll-out of leadership development, coaching, and consultative sales programs within the Credit Union industry and I am a Certified Leadership & Resilience Coach with Ezra Coaching.
